🔥 Train Offensively – Even When Running Alone!

With the ice and snow finally gone, the Halden 🇳🇴 forests are at their best—fast, smooth, and perfect for offensive orienteering. This is the ideal moment to sharpen high-intensity individual sessions, where athletes run at race speed, fully focused on their own navigation. No distractions, no pack running, no forkings—just pure flow.

While relay-style training with mass starts and forkings is essential, learning to push hard alone is just as important. Finding that offensive rhythm now helps build momentum towards the first major relays of the season.

💥 Today’s session? 10 unforked intervals of ~550m with 60” rest and individual starts, set in one of Halden’s top terrains—Hauglund.

⚖️ Balancing individual and group training is key at this season stage. Master both, and you’ll be ready when it matters most!
