The learning phases

Mistakes are part of the learning process, and the appropriate approach to them with a positive attitude helps us to improve desirable behaviors until they become automatic.

When, for example, we make frequent directional errors in the use of our compass, two options open up: 1) Negative thoughts that do not help us improve; or 2) Positive thoughts that guide us on the right path for improvement.

Learning from mistakes, persisting in the effort, and maintaining a positive attitude is the right way to consolidate behaviors and automate processes.

When we are able to automate processes, we leave space in our brain to meet other demands. What is the key? PERSISTENCE.
